YuSU Rector Tatyana Karminskaya took part in the 40th session of the UNESCO General Conference.

The 40th session opened in Paris on November 12. The Russian delegation was led by Minister of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Kotyukov. 

Yugra State University was represented at the meeting on inclusion and mobility in higher education by Rector Tatyana Karminskaya and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Roman Kuchin. Also more than 100 Ministers and 100 University representatives took part in this international event.

The general objective of the meeting is to support decision-making in favour of inclusion, mobility and improved recognition of qualifications within and across-regions through informed debate.

During the UNESCO General Conference, Mikhail Kotyukov, the Minister of Science andHigher Education of the Russian Federation said that Russian Higher Education is one of the most attractive in the world for international students.
